The Digital
Product Passport is coming.
Integra Scientific makes your products passport-ready before the ESPR mandate hits your sector — with Authorised Representative mandates, specialist compliance training, and regulatory process improvement completing the picture.
Four Pillars of EU
Regulatory Excellence
Digital Product Passport implementation first — backed by Authorised Representative mandates, specialist compliance training, and authority-side consulting, delivered with institutional rigour under one roof.
Digital Product Passport
Our flagship service. End-to-end DPP implementation under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation — data mapping, lifecycle traceability, interoperability standards, and regulatory readiness, delivered through our digital-first portal before the mandate reaches your sector — batteries lead in February 2027, iron & steel and textiles follow, and further product groups phase in as the ESPR delegated acts land.
Compliance Training
Specialist training on Regulation (EU) 2019/1020, GPSR 2023/988, CE marking, and the Digital Product Passport. Online and in-person cohorts for manufacturers, importers, and regulatory teams.
Consumer Goods — Textiles, Furniture & Mattresses
Non-harmonised consumer products under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 — risk assessments, technical documentation, post-market obligations. Consumer categories entering DPP scope — textiles (~2028/29), furniture (~2029/30), mattresses — get a combined safety-and-passport pathway.
Industrial — Batteries, Iron & Steel, Machinery
CE marking under the Machinery Regulation, Lifts Directive, PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, and ATEX — with deep technical file engineering. Industrial inputs are the first ESPR wave: iron & steel (~2027/28) and aluminium (~2029/30) DPPs, plus industrial batteries from February 2027.
Electronics, Toys & ICT
RED, LVD, EMC, and toy safety — covering electrical, electronic, and consumer product categories across all 27 member states. Toys carry a fixed DPP date (1 August 2030, Reg. (EU) 2025/2509); phones and tablets follow as the final ESPR wave.
The INTEGRA Difference
Legal precision, regulatory depth, and an authority-side practice that sets a new standard for EU compliance services.
Article-Level Precision
Our mandates are structured around the exact Article — Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988. That specificity is what gives you true legal certainty, not just administrative coverage.
Digital-First Compliance
From your Digital Product Passport to your technical file, everything is managed through our integrated portal. Real-time status, no spreadsheets, no surprises.
Trusted by Authorities
We work with market surveillance authorities directly — improving their inspection processes and enforcement capacity. That relationship gives our manufacturer clients a level of institutional credibility that goes far beyond a compliance certificate.
